DRC provided off-site design services for the widening Van Buren Boulevard, Village West Drive, Barton Road, and a new segment of Krameria Avenue as well as major infrastructure improvements for storm drain, water, sewer, gas, telephone, and electric. On-site design for two 1,000,000 square foot industrial buildings for Amazon and UPS along with an overflow parking lot for UPS and 65 acres with possible expansion to 110 acres.

Project Description

A 127,000 square foot building with 55 dock positions on 8.5 acres. Located on Imperial Highway - one of the main north Orange County logistic routes. The project was constructed on an infill that was formerly indoor and outdoor storage.
