60-acre redevelopment of a former municipal airport in the city of Rialto.

DRC designed the on-site improvements for a theater and big-box anchored retail development that included storm drain, sewer, water, and dry utilities. Due to the low water pressure of the city’s water system, DRC coordinated the design of a $1MM private pump station.

This 105-acre development included 2 hotels, 4 office buildings, and over 85 acres of retail buildings on a former Superfund site.
